· Ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded

Qualifications

· 2-3 years of automotive parts experience

· Proven sales track record

· Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems

· Enthusiastic with high energy

· Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections

· Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience

· Strong interpersonal communications, in-person and over the phone

· Organization and follow-up skills

· Persistent, competitive and good work ethic

· Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds a plus
