The Service Department of Sterling Chrysler Dodge Jeep is seeking an experienced, motivated Certified Chrysler Dodge Jeep Technician. to join our team. Chrysler Dodge Jeep Automotive Technicians team members are responsible for providing excellent customer care by thoroughly performing preventive maintenance checks in accordance with factory and dealership guidelines.
Chrysler Dodge Technician Responsibilities:
- Ongoing Training (OEM Certification + State Certification)
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Performing work with efficiency and accordance with Sterling and OEM policy
- Quality Control
- 100% Fixed Right First Time
- Test drive vehicle
- Effective communication with Service Advisor
- Meets or exceeds established CSI score target
Qualifications:
- Chrysler Dodge Jeep Certifications
- Service experience with import or domestic brands and automotive service-related operations
- Experience in dealership systems
- Valid Texas drivers license, clean driving record
Additional Information:
- Full-time position, offering competitive flag hour pay, benefits and paid training.
- 5 day work week
- NO Sundays; our Techs make great pay without cutting into family or personal time
- Rotating Saturdays only every 3rd week
